Role Description

Infinite Wanderlust is looking for remote Travel Advisors. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and curating vacations for clients. Your main tasks will consist of assisting clients with travel arrangements such as booking flights, accommodations and transportation and providing recommendations on destinations and travel packages. You will provide a high level of customer service ensuring that your clients have an enjoyable travel experience.

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Travel Advisor not required- we will train you!

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to actively listen to clients' needs and provide personalized recommendations

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships

• Knowledge of travel and trends is helpful

• Ability to work independently and remotely with flexible hours based on client needs

• Attention to detail and strong time management and organizational skills

• Passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
